The Art of Peace Exhibition
This exhibition is part of an upcoming event entitled
The
Art of Peace Festival, created in support and celebration of International Day of Peace. Invited artists were asked to create a work,
in the media of their choice, that reflected some aspect of peace.
The Festival, to be held on September 20 at
Cedarbrake Retreat Center in Belton will include music, poetry and a silent
auction of the art from this exhibit. My
heart-felt thanks to all the artists who have chosen to give their time and
talent to this very worth while cause.
All proceeds from the Festival will benefit The Children’s Advocacy Center of Central
Texas.
