There will be no Internet services available between 5:30 pm Friday, Oct. 10th through 11:30 pm Sunday, Oct. 12 due to campus network upgrades.
Outages include access to the library website, access to the databases from both on and off campus, and the InfoQuest tutorial and quizzes.
To offset rising prices in ILL database access, postage, and courier services, a fee of 50 cents per ILL item will be implemented for all UNDERGRADUATE STUDENTS beginning Wednesday, October 15, 2008.
This fee applies to both books and articles, and will be charged upon RECEIPT of ordered items; patrons will NOT be charged for any ILL orders that we cannot fill. Patrons are responsible for picking up/paying for ILL items at the library circulation desk within 3 weeks of first notification. Items not picked up will be removed/returned to the lender, and the appropriate fees added to the patron's library account.
Please check to see if UMHB holds this title. Please note that ILL requests typically take 7 to 14 days to arrive. Undergraduates are limited to 5 ILL requests per week; graduate students are limited to 10 ILL requests per week. ILL service is provided ONLY for current UMHB students, staff and faculty.
If you need help finding appropriate research materials, please ask a librarian for help!
Information Technology recently upgraded all library computers from the XP to the Vista operating system.
